Using this vitamin also enhances the skin’s elasticity. Lentils, egg yolks and chicken are foods that will increase the presence of Vitamin K.

Vitamins A, C, E and K are great skin vitamins. They help to improve the skin’s elasticity and appearance. These vitamins are easily found in local grocery stores or health food outlets.
